Mission-oriented Work
Mission-Driven Marketing Leader Creating Impactful Campaigns Across Industries
Having alignment between the product or service I am working on and my personal values is very important to me. That’s why I am most proud of the mission-oriented marketing, integrated strategy and project management I have done for non-profit, for-profit, scale ups and mature companies alike.
While at the Rescue Agency, I spearheaded the project management and production coordination of a custom episode with Doggyland, called “Just Breathe” episode. It was a meaningful collaboration between my client, First5CA, an early childhood development nonprofit, and Doggyland, a 3D animated series created by Snoop Dogg, October London & Claude Brooks, Executive Producer of Hip Hop Harry. Ensuring collaboration between internal and external teams with such a known brand was essential for success in everyone’s eyes. The goal was to spread awareness and share practical tools for parents and young children to use when dealing with stress, disappointment and anger, but to convey it in a fun, enjoyable and sustainable way. The episode has nearly 2 million views and 2,000 likes on Youtube, which far surpassed the brand’s KPI goals for the campaign.
ADL Ventures, an organization that develops and launches clean infrastructure innovations, was in need of a website refresh. By working hand in hand with their ELT and cross department leads, I managed the copy, visual and overall brand messaging updates for their site. The result was a streamlined user experience that allowed their diverse offerings, success stories and innovative solutions shine. It created a powerful tool for their new business and organic growth pipeline.
